Official communication from the inquisitors of Barcelona to the bishop of Urgel, agreeing that a certain Antonio Navarro, notary of the Inquisition, ought to be punished for his "excesses" and otherwise poor behavior. It is dated 16 May 1671 and signed by Jeronimo de Escobar Sobrems y Cisneros, Juan de Ribera, and Bartolomé de Marigerta. It is written in a cursive script and contains an unidentified circle watermark consisting of three circles stacked vertically, the top circle containing a cross and the middle circle containing unidentified initials.
